Meet our administrative assistant
Robin Hillyer-Miles joined YWCA Greater Charleston in 2019 as its administrative assistant, then a newly created position designed to assist in the efficient operations of the staff and maintain relationships with in-kind donors to help offset the cost of events, meetings, and program functions.
Before joining YWCA Greater Charleston, Robin served as a part time marketing specialist for the US Navy’s Quality of Life Program headquarters for more than 17 years, and for three years as the program coordinator for the Military and Veterans Affairs Office at The Citadel. She is also a certified Charleston tour guide, serves as the treasurer for the Charleston Tour Association, holds more than 300 hours of YogaFit instructor training, and is a sustainer for the Junior League of Charleston.
A South Carolina native who grew up in Pinopolis, she is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. She recently published a short story, and is a member of Romance Writers of America in addition to two regional romance writers chapters.
