SIGN THE PLEDGE
to stand against racism

See everyone who has signed the pledge so far.

We strongly value your privacy! We will not share your contact information with anyone other than our  own YWCA.GC core team.

Do you work for a firm that supports equality?

We are seeking a sponsor to provide coffee and breakfast food to our Racial Equity Institute participants. We're also seeking overall corporate sponsors of this highly visible program. If your organization supports racial equality and may be interested in this, please ask your general manager or marketing department to email Tina Singleton, our social justice coordinator. Thank you!

Thank you to our Racial Equity Institute sponsors!

These local organizations have also shown they stand against racism with us! We appreciate the College of Charleston for donating meeting space at its Lowcountry Graduate Center and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce for donating meeting space at its Catalyst Center for our REI workshops, and Apple Spice for providing our REI workshop participants with nutritious, delicious lunches at a special rate.

Thank you to our STAND AGAINST RACISM partners!

We work hard to eliminate racism in the Charleston region every day, but our annual multi-day Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration, annual Stand Against Racism, and monthly Racial Equity Institute workshops each help to keep this critical issue in the forefront of everyone's minds.
