Meet our director of finance
|
Melissa Calcutt joined YWCA Greater Charleston in 2017 as its office manager and bookkeeper before going on to become its director of finance in 2022.
Before joining YWCA Greater Charleston, she served as office manager and administrative coordinator for the College of Charleston’s Department of Psychology for four years, where she managed a million-dollar operating budget, accounts payable, purchasing card management, event planning, and more. Prior to that she spent seven years as office manager and finance coordinator for the City of Charleston’s Department of Information Technology. Melissa, a member of the Association of Nonprofit Accountants and Finance Professionals, holds an associate’s degree from Trident Technical College and is pursuing an MBA. |
